I tried to get an appointment for 22 minutes by phone. My daughter then made the appointment on my Ipad.

I am not very technically minded - I do not like making appointments on my Ipad.

Been with this doctors for many many years maybe 17 years, and never had a problem. Always easy to get an appointment and always easy to find rooms around the doctors. I message the reception team on my NHS app and I always get a call or message back asap!

Only thing was the doctors rang me to arrange this appointment and when I attended she didn’t know what I was here for. I do understand how busy each nurse or doctor is and I’m very grateful for their skills etc. once I told her why I was here she was very very helpful!

It is almost impossible to get an appointment by telephone on the day. At 8.00am I started calling the surgery which was aways engaged. On two occasions I did get through to the automated system only to be told the queue was full and was disconnected. At 8.18am joined the queue and at 8.23am was told there were no appointments left for the day. I was however offered an appointment at Clarkson Surgery on the coming Saturday. At this appointment I was asked by the receptionist and doctor if ok to share my information from the appointment to which I agreed. A few days later I received a call from North Brink asking the same question about agreement to share my information. What is going on!

This is not the first time I have had a problem getting an appointment. In March I was told to call 111 and got a same day appointment with a GP at North Brink. You need to provide more appointments. Why does Clarkson Surgery operate an overflow surgery on Saturdays but not North Brink?
